Like so many recent international scammers operating from Bangladesh this ICB may be drawing people towards them with the promise of lots of money/commission. Better you visit them and ask them questions to find their potential, motive and legality to operate in Bangladesh.
Remember the recent scam where people were crazily putting money to ‘buy’ gold in Switzerland and then the whole thing came out as fraud and the guys involved in the scam are now facing justice.
Btw, I am not suggesting that this may be the same with ICB, but their claim as “..the first ever foreign immigration and student consultancy firm having its base in Dhaka…” proves that they have given misleading information. There are hundreds of such firms and companies in Bangladesh.
